The purpose of the Bellevue Enterprise Zone is to foster economic and community development by utilizing real and personal property tax abatement incentives. The creation of the enterprise zone is intended as means of creating new jobs, as well as, retaining existing employment.

Revolving Loan Fund Program

Bellevue Revolving Loan Fund

The purpose of the Bellevue Revolving Loan Fund is for projects which have a portion of funds committed from banks, the business or its owners, or other sources, but which still have a "gap" (50% maximum) which needs to be filled.
