The Community Improvement Corporation of Sandusky County, Ohio (CIC) helps finance industrial and commercial expansion through tax-exempt Industrial Revenue Bonds. These bonds allow 100% financing for land, building, and equipment at lower interest rates. The CIC certifies projects according to the city or county’s development plan and obtains approval for bond issuance from the issuing authority.

Board meetings are scheduled annually and are held before March 31st of ever year or as needed. See below for the next scheduled board meeting. They are open to the public and held at the Sandusky County Economic Development Corporation, 2511 Countryside Drive, Suite C, Fremont, Ohio.
